“Poorly ran company that just keeps getting worse. They have cheapest prices for a reason. They cut corners and decided to partner up with Amazon delivery. My order got delivered to wrong address and customer service keeps lying about fixing the issue. Been a week and still nothing has been done.”

Wow, sorry about the experience you noted here in your review and thanks for taking the time and effort to do so.
I checked back the conversation you had with our customer care team and even though I understand the frustration, I want to have made clear that if there's an issue with the shipping, we will always sort that with you, which was done now as well, the order was refunded.
My colleague tried to explain to you that there is a time frame that has to pass before we can ask questions to the carriers used, a process we would ask your understanding for as we are limited by that, not by choice.
Unfortunately, it seems like this all was not understood and you are left with a bad experience, for which we apologize.
That said, your words on our company getting worse, having the cheapest prices for a reason and us cutting corners is not at all the case.
In any case, we're always ready to assist where we can, and if that is with a delay because of an external process or limitation from the carrier's end, we would expect a little understanding from your end in order to get it the best conclusion possible.
Again sorry this has turned into the experience it has, we hope we get another chance from you in the future still to make it a better one.
