“Package arrive crushed and when headlamp checked internal parts were rattling and moving lights moved. Applied for return and was not given $218.00 refund but instead $199.00. Emailed my discontent with loss of $18 and heard nothing back. Very disappointed with your shipping and return process. Cost me money with no part or compensation. Please improve your process!!!!!”

“I’m a bit disappointed. The fish didn’t lineup very well and I don’t know if that’s the cause of the rubber gasket material coming loose from the light itself. I’ve had to re-glue it, and I hope that that works.”
“Product is good. Well priced. The only downfall is is that y'all send it folded and expect it to be back in the shape. I did what y'all told me I put a heat gun to it left it in the sun and 80° temperatures for 2 days but I still can't get a crease out of it. it's a very visible spot. Will send you pictures if you would like to see.”
