“I will never buy from this business again. I was sent a damaged part and I started a RETURN at least four times. I never got their email telling me what to do next. Terrible customer service. Never got a call back from my phone call to the company. I have disputed the charge on my credit card and I will not pay it. This comany has so many complaints on the BBB's website. I wish I had researched BBB firt. How can a company send a broken part and charge good money for it?”
“I ordered the right side tail light and they sent me the left side. Then I filled out the online inquiry and then followed up with it with another email and this state they have failed to contact me and it has been almost a month. So they took my money, I have no usable product, cannot find a phone number to call them. This is theft”
“Fits great, good quality. Unfortunately the cables that connect the mirror to the adjustment knob are too long. When in place the cables are scrunched up inside the mirror case and the mirror is hard to adjust.”
“THEY RIPPED ME OFF. I RETURNED THE MIRROR BECAUSE IT WAS WORNG AND THEY REFUNDED LESS THAN 50% OF THE COST. I WILL FILE A CHARGEBACK. THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. NEVER AGAIN. VERY DISHONEST. DO NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR.”
