“Ordering was easy, however, the description of the item wasn't very clear so what I received wasn't what I thought i ordered and ultimately did not work on my vehicle. Even more unfortunate, is the lights are not eligible for return. Guess I should have read the fine print.”
“4.5. The headlight works great. The installation was a bit of a challenge with the screw receptor (plastic) on the lower left side of the light (connecting to the piece of trim under the light) not threading because it is not stable (keeps turning with the screw). Removed the one from the original headlight and installed to the new housing.”
“First headlamp order arrived damaged and when returned, I lost $18 in the process. Emailed to receive the money and no response. Second headlamp ordered with no problem. No contact number available to discuss dissatisfaction concerning loss of money.”
“They sent the wrong headlights. Only gave a partial refund even though they made the mistake.
