“Received the part after mistakenly ordering the non dimming unit. I returned the first unit. The return was easy. The unit I received was definitely new however the LED lights surrounding the main light units didn’t work completely. Consequently there is a dead spot on part of the wrapped LED light surrounding the main unit. I was pressed for time so I didn’t return the unit. The headlights work fine and I still get partial use of the DRL’s so I’m ok with it.”
“I ordered both headlights. Order# 291559. Tracking 783607112827. I received them 9-14. The passenger side light was broken. I sent it back 9-20 with a picture. I am still waiting waiting for this headlight. Bonnie Gummoe”
“JP Auto sent me the wrong art's a month ago and has yet to resolve the problem I would recommend not using this company they take your money and don't give a dam if you are satisfied or not just so they get your money”
“When I received my headlights the small high beam cover was not attached to the lens and inside the glued cover and can not reattach it it is just rattling around inside the lens please advise.”
“Never received my product. Your company did not help me locate where the product was actually delivered, but it was not delivered to my door. Picture taken was not my home, and Fedex Ground would not investigate unless shipper initiated a lost package. However, efforts to get you to do that failed. Therefore, I would never recommend your company to another person. Had to purchase my tail light on Amazon after your company failed to assist me. (Thanks, but no thanks). Bad customer care.”
