“I ordered a rear light assembly for a 2000!
It came with the wrong electrical connection
Pulled out the lights and wires and thru them away then pulled my stock wires and light bases into it!
Why did you send a part for a 2002-2004 part”
“A mechanic installed them the passenger side would not adjust so I contacted Jo and ask them to send passenger and call me they said they can’t call they need a pic of white sticker on back of light so I took car back to mechanic he took it back out and I took pic of light but don’t know how to email to you but I will figure it out, thank you Chief turner”
“I ordered an a3 fog light. I recieved an a4 fog light. Was refunded and ordered another a3 fog light. Was charged for 2 lights and then 2 audi a4 fog lights came. Emailed a week ago for a refund and heared nothing back. I now have 3 audi a4 fog lights, I'm out 55$ and still don't have the a3 light I need 3 weeks later. I need the refund to afford the a3 light which I'll order somewhere else.”
