“I never received the order and notified JO Auto who informed me I had to submit a claim with Fed Ex. I contacted Fed Ex who informed me the shipping party had to submit a claim with them and notified JP Auto requesting they submit a claim to which I have heard nothing back regarding the status if either refunding my money or reshipping the item???”

“This company is very dishonest. I ordered a set of headlights for a 2007 Toyota Yaris, and their system assured me that the headlights would fit. When the headlights arrived they did not fit my car and looked completely different than what is on my car. I called customer service and they were unyielding with issuing a full refund. They charged me a 20% restocking fee even though it was not my mistake. Very shady business practices and will never use them again.”
