“Both headlights were damaged when recieved. JP Auto offered a refund or replacement but only if I return the uninstalled headlights first. That's ignorant. I had to install the damaged ones since the originals were trash. So I guess I just can't drive the truck if I want to recieve a product in a condition I should have been provided in the first place. And I'm sure since I had to install them so the wife could get to work they will find reason to reject my return because of it.”
“Original JP auto supplied driver side failed with condensation accumulation. Hopefully the replacement will give me some service. This time I kept the shipping materials.”
“I did not get to use the product. When I got it it was not the right size for my vehicle. At first they were not going to refund for the part. However after an email or two, they chose to refund the money for the part and let me dispose of it as I chose. They made it clear this was a one-time offer to refund a part that was not returnable.
My point was they have a big red return button on every page, so I assumed, which I should not have done, that the part was refundable. I'm sure there was fine print somewhere that I missed. That's on me.
They were gracious enough after that explanation to do as I described.
I would order from them again, but I would make sure that the part was returnable before I bought it.
I gave it three stars because this thing wouldn't let me put zero stars. But I didn't use it so I don't really know how well it works.”
“The product itself was good but would have been very good if the bolts provided were the same diameter as the original bolts which cost and additional $25.”
