“Was sent 2 passenger side tail lights and they are impossible to get in contact with. Sent an email 2 weeks ago and still no Response and they don’t have a phone number to call anyone. Beware!”
“I ordered and paid for the tail lights. I never received them. The picture from the drop-off in my email showed a completely different house that isn't mine. When I reach out, I got no response except 1 email saying they were delivered. Neither the carrier nor JP auto was helpful. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I will be writing reviews on every platform possible so people know not to trust JP Auto and don't waste their money or time!!”
