i have been reaching out to you guys via email and by phone about returning some incorrect headlamp purchased from you . Your website has a return option that does not work even with the correct info . I would like to bring this to closure. Instead of trying to help me with my problem you’re asking for a positive review. Help me with my problem first!

have yet to receive tail light since i have ordered it. i know you are not postal service but you have not returned calls or texts

It fits but the wires aren’t nearly long enough and the connector was wrong. Wanted to do a refund but they only wanted to give me a partial one, so just pit it on my truck without it being connected electronically.

Charged me $70 almost for overnight delivery and I accepted it due to a customer time constraint where it didn’t arrive on time I could not do the job. They didn’t mail it out into the day. It was due to arrive and then refused to refund me the money when I told him no one will be there to accept the package avoid this company at all costs. They do not cure about respecting customers or refunding money when they screw up.

I had damaged my right rear tail light backing into a dumpster. I put tape over the broken piece and thought I had it solved. A police officer stopped me and said that it was a great temporary fix but I need to get it fixed permanantly before my State truck inspection next month. I found JPAUTO on the internet saying they had the piece I needed. I filled oiut the order form and the company responded quickly, stating when I would receive the piece. Unfortunately the delivery service just dumped the box onto my concrete staircase porch. Two corners of the light cover were shattered making it unable to be waterproof in the Chicago weather. I contacted JPAUTO with photos of the broken unit. They responded quickly requesting additional photos of the damage. I sent them additional pictures of the damaged piece. They responded with an email saying a new one would be sent to me. I contacted them and agreed to the replacement. I received the new unit completely intack. And I have installed the cover quickly to prevent the officer in ticketing me as he patrols the area I park my truck. I would like to thank JPAUTO for their quick response in the original order and the standing by their product.
