“The pricing of the passenger side mirror assembly wasn't the problem and the part fits perfect, but paying $9.99 for shipping with the delivery date being set to 5/6/23 (part was ordered on 5/4/23) and it arrived 5/10/22. I tracked this order through Fedex and the part was ordered from a store Perth Amboy, NJ... then was shipped to Dayton, NJ.... then to 2 other towns in Pennsylvania for what reason??? I received an email at 11:30 pm on the date it was supposed to get delivered "by end of day" per their order confirmation email. I literally could've driven the 15 miles to pick it up instead of paying an extra $10 for a package that left the state then came back.”
“The service was great but unfortunately the mirror I ordered was not the right fit for my car. I guess I have a folding and heated mirror (I never knew!) and the plug did not fit my car. No fault of the company.”
“They sent the wrong one than what was advertised. And then only gave me a partial refund and will not respond to any emails, I have sent several. I expected better customer service? Not my fault the wrong one was sent, please send me the rest of my refund.”
