“The ad said HHR side view, mirror, power, glass, non-Heated, chrome, satin-driver side left. It didn’t say a satin chrome I was assuming it was a chrome mirror with satin black on the trim and door mount. It came as a satin chrome there should’ve been no comma between satin and chrome!
I now drive with a chrome mirror on the passenger side and a satin chrome on the other don’t want the hassle sending it back and getting another one, so I’m using it. It was well packed and got here quickly I am thinking that satin chrome and chrome are two different prices and that may be something they did to sell the cheaper mirror otherwise, if it would’ve been a chrome mirror, it was well packed and got here fairly quickly.”
“My car is a 2012 nissan and I was told that I needed to get a 2013 side mirror as the vehicle was made closer to 2013 than 2012. I purchased it and it didn’t fit, I tried contacting the company but I couldn’t find a way so hopefully with this review I’m able to contact this company.”
“Received quickly as promised. The price is real reasonable. I had bought both a couple months ago and for some reason the passenger side got condensation in it so this was a replacement for it.”
“These work. Some little problems. Black rubber trim on the lens does not want to stay put very well. I tried to swap out the light bulb for a different one which was supposed to be higher output; but could not because it would not fit in the receptacle. The black rubber trim was not as thick and solid as the original. The aim adjustment basically works, but I had to put all the way to one extreme, and if you push it too far something comes lose inside, had a hard time getting it take again. But the price was good.”
“Left driver side light has a small but visible crack at top; sent the pictures in numerous times but haven't received a replacement. It is somewhat difficult to see in picture but I have pointed out the crack; you then agreed to replace. Since I haven't received replacement & contacted you again, the same run around on pictures from your automated email response. Frustrating with no customer service.”
“The head light on the passenger side of the truck has moisture in it . This happened after I had the truck washed .
Can you please replace it with a new one”
