Although product show it will fit a 2015 Chevy Express, it does not. Model year 2015 requires a different mirror bracket. When I tried to return the item, I was charged a significant amount for the return and only received a minimal refund. I'll order my parts from carparts.com from now on.

Part loosely packed for shipping and arrived broken. Return/refund process was okay, so rating bumped up from one star.

When I ordered the headlights, I thought because they were three-series headlights they would fit a BMW X3, however, that wasn't the case. The X3 model is not a part of the three series as it seemed. I tried returning the headlights and the return label was blurry on the website when I downloaded and printed out the form, which seemed to delay the return process on the FedEx shipment tracking website. When the return finally made it to the return destination I was only returned a partial return refund, not the full price plus the shipping refund. On top of that, FedEx would not let me tape the boxes together to return them, which FedEx required (to ensure the packages did not get separated according to FedEx) I had to buy a box and tape from Home Depot to ship the package back. That cost was an additional $15-$20. Ultimately, I should have taken the time to use Amazon instead because of the way the return process was handled by JP Auto.

Wrong part….did not fit my vehicle of the year and make. I reached out and the told me to call Lexus. Nope. Returning the part and working with someone else.

These were the wrong set of lights for 2000 dodge Ram Van, and had to take photos of headlights before A return was scheduled and only got partial refund back, Beware consumers
