“It's the second time ordering from here. The first time, everything worked great. This time, the light bulb was burned out, and, unfortunately, JP Auto doesn't warranty its product. Now, I need to figure out how to order a new light bulb for it. JPAuto doesn't sell it, either.
It should have been tested before shipping it out.”

“I originally ordered TWO headlights, a right and a left! The Right headlight came solo, then days later after sending an email, I received the left headlight when they both should have arrived together!! It wasn't until after the installation that I discovered a chip in the corner of the headlight and did not find any chips in the box it came in! I emailed customer service again to inform them of the issue. I got a response a few days later saying they are not responsible and there will be no refund or exchange for the part. Disappointing a I will never order from this company again! I emailed them again after that regarding the return policy and I still have not yet heard back from them. I am now contacting the BBB to report them.”
