“I ordered from JPAuto because the part I needed was advertised to be delivered in 3 days. Amazon had the similar part for less money but could not deliver for 6-7 days. Upon placing the order, I was given the option to pay a 25% surcharge for the part to arrive in 2 days vice the 3 advertised which I did not select. Upon check out and payment, I received an email that the part would be arriving in 8-9 days vice the 3 days as advertised. The part itself was fine. The shipping timeline I found to be deceptive.”
“The taillights look great but do not connect to the bulb harness from the factory taillights. Not only will the taillights not function but it is impossible to contact JP auto to receive a full refund for the defective taillights. They appear to want to only return 2/3 of the purchase price for their defective part and I am unable to reach them to sort this problem.”
