“The mirror arrived damaged in the box. I have been trying to process the return for over a week and have been unsuccessful due to the pictures I continue to resend not being received after multiple attempts. There is no way to contact anyone directly, only via email.”
“Item displayed a blue color, arrived as a clear colored item. I inquired and was told color cant be guaranteed. This item cost more than the cleared colored and they refused to do a partial refund. Also, upon installing the headlight bulb, part of the bracket broke. This are clearly inferior to OEM and I would try elsewhere.”
“The adjusters for the headlights are not functional. Had to adjust to highest setting and it barely illuminates 15 ft. Only option is to remove the headlights and replace with new lights.it takes almost 4 hrs to do this. Poor quality control”
