“Great quality, excellent price, the only issue we had after installing it was the signal was blinking faster than the original tail light, easy fix we replaced the bulb with the original one and discarded the one that came with the component”
“I purchased other halogen headlights for my Toyota and they were great but the ones I bought for my Lincoln said they were halogen but they sure don’t seem like it , not near as bright as my other ones, I think they sent me the wrong ones”
“They fit just like expected they weren't excellent condition and it was funny though every time I would type in my make or model for my 2001 Buick LeSabre custom I was told on the other sites that they wouldn't fit my car. Now I know that to be untrue and have known that to be untrue but JP Auto didn't do that to me they didn't try to jack up the price on me just to get an extra 50 bucks a headlight so kudos to them.”
“Terrible experience. My package was marked as delivered and signed for by someone who works at the UPS Store where I have my PO box. However, the UPS manager confirmed that FedEx never came in to deliver anything that day, so someone isn’t being truthful.
I contacted JP Auto and asked if they could please file a claim for me, as the FedEx representative said that would be the best course of action. JP Auto never responded to any of my emails regarding this issue. I find this extremely unprofessional and will not be doing business with them again, especially since they couldn’t take even a minute to reply. I am still dealing with this issue and and at a loss of $60.00”
