“Received the bumper. It was folded up. I took it to the Body Shop to get it installed and painted. Because of the design of the bumper, the way it was folded creases will not come out of the bumper. The Body Shop would not be able to use this. The grill will not even stay in if we tried because it’s deformed. I informed the company of the issue and they said they could not accept a return because it wasn’t in its original condition. All I did was open the box and let the bumper relax like I was supposed to. How else was. I supposed to know it was damaged. They apparently do not stand behind anything they sell I would not recommend buying anything from them and this will be disputed on my credit card as I wasted money on something that is useless.”
“This product came without the "power" piece of it. The mirror seemed too light. When it was attached, it could not be moved via the power switch. I had to purchase and install another mirror from a different company.
The return isn't easy, either.”
“Ordering and shipping was average or above, returned product was without incident, only lact details and information in describing the product on website for proper fit to my auto. This mirror will not fit a Jeep with chrome strip trim on door panel und the mirror, cause of the 1 inch trim on bottom of the mirror with this particular mirror.”
“Horrible experience - Order #564167 was delivered damaged, started a return procedure the very day it was received and yet to hear back from the company till today. I ordered another one (Order #567620) because I planned to take it overseas on May 31, that one was also delived damaged.”
