“It was the correct size and fit bit wiring harness did not match 99 for power mirror. I just left it unhooked since I needed to drive it. I can just manually change position.”
“Mirror could have been great quality. Shipping was super quick to get the mirror. But the mirror came damaged. They used almost zero packaging. Then when we tried to return it we got zero response. They don't have a phone number to even contact them. We did receive one email asking for additional pictures and then got ghosted. Finally had to go through Paypal to escalate a claim and get our money back. Buy with caution and buy with something that will back up your payment should you need it.”
“I will never buy from this business again. I was sent a damaged part and I started a RETURN at least four times. I never got their email telling me what to do next. Terrible customer service. Never got a call back from my phone call to the company. I have disputed the charge on my credit card and I will not pay it. This comany has so many complaints on the BBB's website. I wish I had researched BBB firt. How can a company send a broken part and charge good money for it?”
“I ordered the right side tail light and they sent me the left side. Then I filled out the online inquiry and then followed up with it with another email and this state they have failed to contact me and it has been almost a month. So they took my money, I have no usable product, cannot find a phone number to call them. This is theft”
