lights was damaged upon arrival. I completed RMA process and received a replacement promptly. I wasn't required to return broken light, just send a pic. I will deal with JPAUTO again. Thank you Date of experience: 15 January 2025

I had a problem with my new headlights. The light pattern was not what I was expecting. Instead of a smooth pattern on the ground I had many irregular shapes. I don't know if an allignment would help. It's as if the reflector with it's many facits were throwing uneven light and I'm not happy at all. I didn't know who to contact so I'm glad you wrote me. Is this uneven lighting normall. The high beam is more even. Please advise. Scott Davies

One of the headlights arrived broken and I was unable to get in touch with vendor by email or telephone. Had to dispute hald the charge on my credit card to get a refund. Very unhappy with service!

The product never arrived and the customer service was nonexistent when I tried to resolve the issue. Do not buy from this company. Luckily my bank remimbursed the money I wasted on this.

The part fit perfectly when I got it The bad when the part arrived it was poorly packaged it was just the mirror in a box that was torn The good the mirror was not broke and fit perfectly

One of the lights wasn't make complete. It was missing part of the plastic molding. I made it work with a bigger washer. It also didn't come with screws and being the truck i was replacing them on didn't have the screws i needed them. Went to a wrecking yard and got them
