“I mistakenly ordered the wrong part and the plug did not fit. This wasn't eligible for return even though I only took it out of the box to discover it wouldn't work.
It is ridiculous that I can't return an unused item within 3 days of recieving.”
“Product was as advertised, not from stock as advertised. Paid $44 for shipping on 4/27. Not shipped until 5/1/24. FEDEX? THE CONFIRMATION CAME BACK WITH THE WRONG ADDRESS. I TRIED FOR 5 DAYS TO CONTACT JP AUTO NO RESPONSE, NO PHONE NUMBER, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE. JUST UPDATES EVERYDAY, FOR 9 DAYS. FEDEX CUSTOMER SERVICE WASN'T ANY BETTER. I KEPT EMAILING JP AUTO NO RESPONSE THAT THEY NEED TO CONTACT FEDEX TO CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS, GOT NOTHING. I HAD TO WAIT IN THE RAIN, AT A STRANGE ADDRESS TO GET PACKAGE. NEVER AGAIN, I WILL TELL THE 40,00 TEACHERS IN NJ NOT TO USE THEM.”
“My driver side mirror when it finally arrived after it was delayed. I open the package and back of the mirror was disconnected. I had to snap it back in.”
“JP Auto is terrible, do not order from them. I ordered a left side bumper cap and they sent the right side. I processed a return immediately but they charged me freight both ways. That was over a week ago and I have not heard from them or seen a refund to my Paypal account. I'm not sure why I used Paypal, if I would have used my credit card I would have filed for a refund but Paypal won't do anything for a month.
After this happened I looked at reviews and they have a 1 rating, too bad I didn't look at reviews before I ordered.”
“Product was a great fit. Only a slight mismatch on the housing of the old wire harness for the top brake bulb, however I simply replaced the old wire harness with the new one and the aftermarket fit was just fine. Shipping and timing accurate. Thank you!”
