“This looks like a good price, but beware! This is only the housing. This headlight came not only without the lights, $159 each for two, but it also came without the ballist, $280 each, to hold the bulbs.
By the time I was finished, this light cost me $900, including the $200 installation, and that was with recycling one of the lights and ballist. The company mentions nothing about the very expensive ballists not being included. The original price listed, would include the major components of the light. The discount, removes these major parts. Unless you can harvest the parts from your own light, this is not the purchase for you!”
“I was happy with the product just a little upset when I received it the first time broken but jp auto got back to be right away and sent me the part and it worked out just fine”
“The wrong product was shipped. My emails to address the problem received only scripted answers. My replacement order that I had to expedite was placed, but i took over 24 hours to ship, despite being ordered prior to the 10am deadline. The new shipment was due today and has not arrived on time from Fed Ex.
Oh, and my subsequent emails have been ignored. To say this was an unpleasant experience is an understatement.
I've worked in ecom in one fashion or another for over 20 years and I understand all of the problems that can occur when fulfilling orders. In this case almost everything that can go wrong did. The one thing you had total control over though was communicating with me. The communication was poor; questions weren't answered, canned answers were given in the place of actual information, and no thought was given to my buying experience. It's not too late to make it right though. How about an actual email that addresses anything I've mentioned?”
