“I had a problem with my new headlights. The light pattern was not what I was expecting. Instead of a smooth pattern on the ground I had many irregular shapes. I don't know if an allignment would help.
It's as if the reflector with it's many facits were throwing uneven light and I'm not happy at all. I didn't know who to contact so I'm glad you wrote me. Is this uneven lighting normall. The high beam is more

“One of the lights wasn't make complete. It was missing part of the plastic molding. I made it work with a bigger washer.
It also didn't come with screws and being the truck i was replacing them on didn't have the screws i needed them. Went to a wrecking yard and got them”
“I used the chat option, gave my VIN number to the agent, and was told the headlight was guaranteed to fit. Took it my mechanic, and it did NOT fit. The return fee was deducted from my refund. CAUTION!!!”
