“One of the parts that I received was damaged. After multiple attempts to return the item I was unsuccessful. I hope that this isn't the way that everyone is treated. Thanks for taking my money and not taking care of your customer.”
“This review is not based on the product but on the shipping experience. What was supposed to be three days took three weeks. It got to the point where the item was delivered two hours from my house and then the next update the items was being shipped back east to North Carolina and I live in California. Needless to say the person I bought this item for had left the area and I no longer needed it. It took forever.”

I emailed them extra photos of the damage they requested and after weeks the online RMA request is still “ being reviewed.” Won’t buy from JP again”
“Lousy communication along with exceedingly long shipping times will never see me as a return customer. You are better off using ANY other auto parts supplier on the internet other then JP Auto. The product was fine and fit perfectly, but a part is a part at the end of the day.”
