“Very poor customer service. I paid $40 extea dollars x 2 to have these delivered in 2 days from the date I purchased them NOT from the date you decide to ship them. Someone needs to teach your company the difference. Two day shipping is from date of purchase!”

Emailed my discontent with loss of $18 and heard nothing back. Very disappointed with your shipping and return process. Cost me money with no part or compensation. Please improve your process!!!!!”

I did what y'all told me I put a heat gun to it left it in the sun and 80° temperatures for 2 days but I still can't get a crease out of it. it's a very visible spot.
