The only reason I ordered from you and paid more for the item than I would have elsewhere was because you were promising a quicker delivery. You were three days later than promised. I could have paid less and gotten it sooner from someone else.”
“Not the review I'm sure you want but I was sent 2 and charges for 2 of the same taillight. I don't know an f150 that has 2 passenger tail lights. Tried to save a few dollars by using y'all but ended up paying double. Kinda sucks. I'm sure y'all would probably fix it if I went and mailed the other but I don't have time to fix y'all's mistakes. Don't think I'll use y'all again. Tail light was what I needed and I did get it so it saves y'all from 1 star”
“Headlights arrived incomplete - no ballast and no light bulbs which were both ‘included’ in the online description. Multiple emails sent to customer service (there is no actual phone number) - two were asking for questions or confirmation and a third (after responding to each) suggesting I use the old headlight materials. Sent a note back that ‘I paid for an entire headlight assembly including the ballast and light bulbs’. No response 10 days later”
