“Passenger right side halogen headlight had an inoperative electrical connector. I bypassed the faulty connector which enabled the headlight to function. Perhaps the connector was damaged in shipment or there was inadequate quality control of the part at the manufacturing site. Either way, the headlight should have arrived fully functional. It did not.”

Emailed my discontent with loss of $18 and heard nothing back. Very disappointed with your shipping and return process. Cost me money with no part or compensation. Please improve your process!!!!!”
