I returned it because I ordered the wrong part and I never got my refund

I received both headlights on separate boxes. Both headlights mounting brackets were broken.

Look great, fits great. I would purchase again. Cons: (1) upper marker socket would not flash, solid only, but my original broken fixture still had the marker socket which fit in and worked just fine (2) Low beam stopped working, traced to faulty connector, cut the wires on either side of the connector (stupid Nissan design anyway) and bypassed, light works perfectly now

This item never arrived! When I tried to request a refund, their website only gave me the option to receive approximately 25% of the original price.

A rating of 4 stars is generous. They sent me a part that wasn't an exact match. Their website's RMA process informed me that I would be receiving a refund. The original cost of my purchase was $77.64. The refund amount was $45.99, as reflected on my credit card statement, with no follow-up refund slip, invoice, no accounting or explanation from JPAuto as of how that amount was determined. And their shipper, FedEx, almost did not accept my return package, because JP Auto instructed me to tape the two boxes together and drop it off. A FedEx manager said that normally they wouldn't accept it that way, two boxes taped together, that it had to be in one box. I got the impression that this was a cost saving method by JPauto, not wanting to pay the appropriate shipping charges to have it packaged correctly. That was my experience.

This is the worst online purchase I've ever experienced. The wrong part was sent. Then the refund is only 2/3 of what I paid. There's no way to request the correct part. You have to reorder and no way to talk to customer service. Avoid this company.
