“Item was never shipped. Immediately after getting FedEx tracking number, the status was “shipping exception”. I contacted JPAuto, they said FedEx may not be able to find my address…. (Even tho FedEx delivers to me regularly). I called FedEx and opened a case. They said they received and empty box. So, I went back to JPAuto, and they ghosted me.”
“Product was great. Shipping was terrible. Usps really took a long time and damaged packaging to the point I was surprised the lights were not damaged.”
“The fit of the replacement headlight assembly was spot on. However, along the bottom edge where the small body trim piece is supposed to attach to the bottom edge of the headlight assembly, there's a white plastic plug insert that is supposed to expand when the mounting screw is tightened. This plug simply turned in place and did not expand or accept the mounting screw much more than a couple of threads. This causes the metal body trim piece to be fairly loose and my fear is that one day I'll notice that the body trim piece is missing because the white plastic plug did not do its job.”
