“It was correct part however, the finish was like rough primer. It did not match the unbroken mirror on the driver's side. I ended up buhying from another parts store which had a mirror that was exactly matching the original mirror. Good price though!”
“The bumper was folded so much that both arms on the top of the bumper were bent. I was charged an additional fee to have that molded back to normal. The labor cost to repair was 150 dollars, and there was no guarantee that it would stay corrected.”
“First order could not align the beams. JP auto would not warranty with out a mechanic checking them out. Had to pay extra for a extra pair of tacoma head lights in less than 6 months.”
“The product is good but trying to get in touch with customer service is almost impossible. Had one of my tail light lenses delivered broken, got in touch with customer service initially and was never able to follow up with them. I submitted photos and did everything they asked me from the email. Ended up taking it as a lost. Last time buying from them.”
