“Never received my order because FedEx misdelivered my order to someone else. When I contacted JPAuto I’ve yet to receive a response. No refund no part nothing. I guess maybe I should report this to the BBB. When trying to contact FedEx to make a claim was told only the shipper could make the claim. But still nothing from JPAuto!”
“I have a 2008 Toyota Tacoma and the male plugs on the inside of the light case that snap into the truck frame were off by a fraction that no amount of swearing or bending the inlets could change. I ended up unscrewing and removing the snap in bolt and just relying on the screw in bolts to hold the light in place. Frustrating experience, just pay the upmarked price and buy from Toyota directly to avoid these shenanigans.”
“The parts were delivered in a timely fashion and for perfectly; however the signal light does not work resulting in me having to purchase another entire tail light.”
“The bumper cover didn't come with the parts to attach it to the car. Ive got someone to do it. But, now have to have a body shop do it. Not Happy with the situation”
