The glucose strips have Poor quality control.
Within the first 10-12 glucose strips I have now had 4 Strips that were made wrong. The tips had to be cut off in order for blood to be drawn in. In the first order 2 monts ago I had three that were bad. I was offered a 5 dollar gift certificate which is ok but now I have had another bad strip. Am I supposed to ask for a certificate after I find another one? It would be nice to send all of these back after I receive replacements.”
“I gave a our because although I love being able to see where I am in ketosis I have noticed that the blood sugar results do not match my cgm results or the results from my normal blood sugar tester. It’s a little frustrating because I don’t know which is correct. It’s a 20 point difference. Everything seems very well mad and love the wrapped strip.”
“I don't like how so many of the test strips end up showing an error, and then I end up having an uneven amount to use. It seems like every shipment has about 6 defective strips or so. Other than that, they work well.”
