“I really like being able to know my blood glucose and ketone levels. I am way more in control of my health knowing what the foods I eat and the frequency in which I eat them do to my body. I started eating this way three weeks ago and two days in a row I've had a fasting blood glucose of 88 and ketone of 2.7”
