“I like the keto mojo and the strips but I was told you would be making the strips easier to open. Hasn't happened yet and as a person with arthritis in my fingers, it is difficult at best to tear these packets. Just put them in a bottle like everyone else does. Much simpler.”
“This has been a great product for me since starting IF and Keto! It's helped put some pieces together regarding changes in mood and levels of anxiety that I didn't expect. The better my insulin numbers the calmer, more peaceful I feel. And getting the positive feedback that one is in ketosis is a great incentive to plan you're meals accordingly.
My only negative comment is the cost of the strips. I'm looking at it as a temporary tool to get to my weight goal and to learn how hormones affect my weight loss and mood.
