“The item was shipped in bubble wrap, which was no where near strong enough to resist the crushing forces of heavy box corners in the delivery truck. When I opened the outer bubble wrap package, I could see one of the strip boxes was badly crushed inside, and some of the strips were crushed too. KetoMojo needs to upgrade to rigid shipping boxes.”

“Delay in receiving product every time ordered. Ordered twice this past month on the 28th of December and the 31st. Now January 8th and still no product received. Down to only 2 days worth of strips and not scheduled to arrive till next week sometime. The second order I placed all the keto strips were out of range and had to be replaced. During which time I could not test. Since purchase of old monitor, which I had just over a month and then had to upgrade to new monitor, I have NOT had a good relationship with the product.”
