I haven’t tested my glucose or ketones in over a year when I bought these refills. I am so thrilled with the newer packaging of the individual test strips. It’s such an improvement over the older wrappers. I am very grateful to not have to use scissors to open them anymore. The only thing better would be if there was a way to have less plastic packaging overall :)”
“These work great! No hassle in getting them to work. Make sure to rip at the tab lining in the back to open the packaging easily enough. The meter takes each strip and recognizes which type it is (glucose or ketone reading). It only takes a few seconds and a drop of blood to get an accurate measure.”
“The test strips are way too expensive. Of course they lock you in to only be able to use their exact ones. So instead of using them every day I only check my ketones once or twice a week. If they would make them less expensive I would probably buy more.”
“It’s ok. The strips are expensive and sometimes the machine just acts up and then a strip is wasted. The update to the app keeps asking me to buy supplies even though I have turned off all the settings and it takes me like 3 tries at least to get the info to update. I push the sync icon, push it again and finally have to go to settings to have it sync or some combo of the above. Once I get everything to do what it’s supposed to it works.”
