“I have used these strips for years. Must admit knowing Ketones and GKI were helpful and motivating for me. The glucose readings were always nearly 20 points higher than the meter given to me by my doctor. I even went and bloodwork done at an independent lab and confirmed this discrepency. Then came the change in packaging from vials to individually wrapped. I curse that "genius" every day.
The only reason I gave this a 3 is because I trust the ketone reading is right. May have to check that too.
In all fairness. I used this meter to lose 260 pounds but the glucose inaccuracy and the packaging change certainly devalued it. I could not recommend using this meter for diabetes control.”
