“Open your strips immediately! I purchased a combo pack last month and only opened them today. There were no keto strips only 120 glucose strips. Customer service stated that after I submit additional pictures they will “provide me with options.” In the meanwhile we’re running out of strips while I wait for options.”
“I like the product and the ability to keep track of my blood glucose but I'm disappointed that my phone app and ketomojo device has only synced once and I haven't been able to get it to sync again.”
“The use of individual wrappers for these test strips is ridiculous. They are hard to tear open, you can't tell whether you're going to grab the sample channel (where the blood goes) and contaminate it by holding it, and I'm afraid of damaging the test strip by simply tearing open the foil or plastic wrapper. Also, they don't seem to reliably soak up the blood and test results are not close and consistent done one right after the other. I now wish I had bought a machine that used strips that were loose in a box so I could get them easily and not grab them by the sample channel.”
