“Would have given five stars if the packaging was better. The foil packaging is hard to open. Please return to the old plastic container. It was MUCH better.”

“Open your strips immediately! I purchased a combo pack last month and only opened them today. There were no keto strips only 120 glucose strips. Customer service stated that after I submit additional pictures they will “provide me with options.” In the meanwhile we’re running out of strips while I wait for options.”

“I like the product and the ability to keep track of my blood glucose but I'm disappointed that my phone app and ketomojo device has only synced once and I haven't been able to get it to sync again.”
