“The use of individual wrappers for these test strips is ridiculous. They are hard to tear open, you can't tell whether you're going to grab the sample channel (where the blood goes) and contaminate it by holding it, and I'm afraid of damaging the test strip by simply tearing open the foil or plastic wrapper. Also, they don't seem to reliably soak up the blood and test results are not close and consistent done one right after the other. I now wish I had bought a machine that used strips that were loose in a box so I could get them easily and not grab them by the sample channel.”

“The strip packages use such tough plastic that they are difficult to tear and remove the strip. The android phone ap I am using today said the readings had the wrong date so it did NOT transfer todays readings. Both phone and meter have todays date 4/30. My wife and I share the meter. It would be nice if the meter had user A and B as does our blood pressure cuff. As a manufacturing engineer I would be happy to do more analysis for you. There was no confirmation that this survey "Submitted" successfully.”
