“The meter, the strips, and the app all work. The packaging of the strips is quite tough, which is probably for a reason, but it can be a little hard to open and get a strip out. Maybe I've just been spoiled by Freestyle Precision Neo strips, which I suppose might not need as much protection from rough handling.”

“I am trying to get in touch with this company regarding product questions and a possible refund or exchange of the priduct. I've been trying for about a week and not had anything but form responses that offer no help at all. If this continues I am definitely not even content giving a 1 star rating. One reason I ordered was service after the sale.”
