“Great way to get started! And now I finally have seen through blood ketone levels that indeed, urine strips, while helpful initially, do have their limitations once one has become "fat-adapted." Within just the first readings, I could see that while the urine test strips said effectively zero ketones were present, I had as much as 1.3 mmol/L. Thanks, KM!”
