“Why are the strips now in these inconvenient packages. Not to mention how bad they are for the environment. I never once had issues with the containers. Tell me there is a plan to bring the containers back, I have a serious ethical issue with the amount of waste this device is now causing.”

I also don't like the individually wrapped strips. As an older person with arthritis, the small packets are extremely hard to open, and the excessive packaging is wasteful. Not happy with the "upgrade" at all.”

Why the heck can I not talk to someone is beyond me. I was forced to get the new one when my old one stopped working with the app. And mind you I have over one hundred unopened boxes of testing strips and lancets for the old model.”
