“Your customer service is excellent. As far as the product goes: I wish the meter and the app were better. You have to "sync" the two to get the readings to register. That should be automatic. Also, whose idea was it to contain each testing strip in a separate foilwrap instead of the cylinder previously? This is a waste of material and time. Bad idea.”
“The meter is great and does exactly what I wanted, but I’m not a huge fan of the new strip Packaging. It seems very wasteful in such a consumer driven world.”
“The development of the new GK+ meter has gone in the wrong direction. As for the meter, there is a useless little light where the test strips are inserted and there is not enough light produced for it to be functional. Also, the test strip ejection button is in the most awkward position and is makes operation very time-consuming. As for the test strips, they are much flimsier and harder to get a good draw, not to mention you can no longer observe the sample enter the test strip. My kit did not include the advertised Recycling Kit. Needless to say, once I work through using up all the included test strips I will be switching to a different brand of meter altogether.”
