“Hello! First, love your products and have several units, 2 old 1 new. Was super excited for the new unit. I really like that you don't have to put the chip in first for ketone strips, huge improvement. Thank you for that. I also like the light on the strip. However, a couple things I do not like...the strips in the individual packages are really annoying. Can you sell them in the canister again like the old way please? Also, why can't you adjust the settings on the unit to display ketones in mmol/L like you could on the last one. I have to use my phone app to get it to convert. Please let me know.
