“I like the eject trigger on the old meter better. I am getting used to the strips in the individual packets. I understand why but it adds some complication to testing. I really like how easy it is to sync to my phone. The read out is easy to understand and I really like not having to calculate my GKI. I like Keto Mojo as a company so a couple of changes I can roll with.”
“While I'm happy with the actual meter, I'm disappointed with the customer service. Through a friend, I learned there was a trade-in option AFTER I purchased the newer model. Emails are automatic/generic and do not address my issue and phone calls go unanswered.”
“Well, I'm sure that once I figure out how to use the meter I'll like it more, but right now it's rather frustrating. I can't get back to reads took or do anything other than put new information in and sometimes that doesn't work well either. The instructions are either too small or beyond my understanding. It makes me feel like a real dummy.”
