“The unit itself works great, I have no issues there. I do have two issues that kept it from a 5 star, the new strips packaging is ridiculously hard to open and the fact that you can’t buy just glucose or just ketone strips. I went back to the original unit for those reasons”
“That was not a good experience. The lancing device did not go deep enough to draw blood. I wrote customer service and asked for a replacement, I was told it wasn't covered and linked to buying a new better version of the device on your website. I purchased one from Amazon instead, because they will replace something if it isn't working.”
“The promo bundle was a big help in getting started on testing my blood glucose and ketones. The directions were very helpful, so getting started was easy. The monitor was very simple to set up with my phone.. took minutes. All the tools were packaged conveniently. The only improvement I would make to the promo bundle would be to include alcohol strips. I also ran out of lancets pretty quickly, so a quick reorder was necessary.”
