“Excellent meter and simple setup and connection to app. Great website with information about the meter, strips, app and everything about the Keto lifestyle. The connection to app should use password or keys to prevent loading other meters data but that what makes it simple, just do not sync your app next to another meter or vice versa. Video instructions could be improved. I used another meter for glucose test and could never find the ketone strips. No problem with Keto Mojo plus the meter and strip prices are competitive. The best choice for blood glucose and ketone testing.”
“I do like the actual GK meter (reader), however I do not like the strips or the strips individual packaging. I believe there was no need for putting each strip in an individual packing. They are hard to open, and very inconvenient.”
“I wish I knew how this new GKI meter was different before I traded ‘up’. The whole process from opening strips to feeding them into the smaller slot to the horribly redesigned ejection button mid back is AWFUL. You need to revamp the design, the strip packaging, etc! The old design was fine but to increase the strip price to force us to buy a new substandard meter just for GKI readings is ridiculous.”
“I had the old monitor from few years ago. It was ok but new one with App sync is much better. I now have no question if I am in ketosis or not. My glucose is very fluctuating and having the testing bottles give me comfort to make sure it is me not machine.
Switch out is easy and send back easier yet.”
