“The biggest problem is getting the strips out of the package. I ruined a couple because they do not come out easily. That makes the whole process of testing very frustrating. If the strips come this way normally, I am sending the meter back and will use another brand.”
“Great meter at a very good price. I have the original keto mojo TD4279 meter. It has worked flawlessly but I was out of strips. For less than the price of 100 keto and glucose strips for my original meter I was able to get new the meter bundled with 70 strips! I'm back to testing everyday and loving the ease of setup and syncing. I was disappointed the HCT and Hb results have been removed. Since the calculations are still being performed any chance of passing them to the app even if they are no longer displayed on the meter? The more data points the better. Overall a great product I have already recommended to friends.”
“Very easy to use and no problems so far, the only thing that needs to be worked on for me,is the android app. The user interface feels messy and sometimes it freezes at the start of it. And another desired feature i wish would be the option to modify every single reading to your like.”
“I don't like the new meter in comparison to the old one. The eject button was far easier on the old machine and my readings were more accurate on the old machine.
I test my blood sugar with my husband's meter as he is diabetic and then I test my blood sugar with the new meter and the results are far different. I have use the test fluid and it reads within the normal limits but the readings are not accurate.
I don't like having to rip open the test strips when before I simply tool them out of the viles. The new machine does not impress me.”
“I was very excited to have the latest version of the Keto-Mojo!! After using it for a few days I have decided that I prefer the older version, here's why: I have osteoarthrits and the new strip packaging is very difficult to open. The eject button is also awkward to use, this could be because of my hand issues. The needle on the lancet is also alot shorter and doesn't puncture the skin as well as the old ones.”
