“Harder to get strips out of new package and very hard to eject strip out of unit. Now requires two hands to hold to eject used strip, previous model was much easier. Feels like I’m always inadvertently pressing buttons when handling the new device.”

“The new test strips are awful. The individual foil wrapping is an absolute nuisance. What's worse is that the customer support team doubled down on how they are right and I am wrong about my lack of satisfaction. They may have customers that are clinicians that need the individually packaged test strips but the at home user wants the convenience of test strips in a vial. Maybe consider offering different options for clinicians and non-clinicians rather than telling a customer that was a raving fan that they are wrong when they tell you that the customer experience on the new meter sucks! Furthermore, you can't know if you hate something until you try it. The right thing to do in good faith is to refund me since I am not satisfied with the new direction that they are going with their product line.”
