“Mostly it’s good - but there are a couple of things I wish I could do:
1- I want to be able to group glucose and ketone measurements manually to calc gki. A few times I’ve gotten an error on a reading then done a second reading but the app calculates gki with the error reading instead of the second, correct one. I can always hide a reading on the app but then it doesn’t calc my gki.
2- I would want to select what I am going to sync to the app. Same reasoning as above: if there’s an error reading I’d rather delete it from the device and not sync it at all so that I can get gki calculations.
In general, I also have issue with the strips: at this cost, it’s frustrating when there’s an error on a reading and a wasted strip. Ideally, I’d like the cost of strips to come down, or for you to develop a reusable strip.”
“I Receiving the package the box of strips seals were opened. I calling the company, but didn’t even receiving a phone call back...! just an email is a little disheartening to me. I’ve been a customer loyal customer. And there is also no information on why now the meter does not do HCT %!!”
