“Problems with pairing the device and syncing the device. Sometimes it doesn’t pair up eventhough Bluetooth is on. I also have to press button on machine to have it on in order to sync because the minute I take off the strip, the screen turns off before I get to sync it to my phone app. It’s actually annoying and time consuming unlike the old machine that would stay on for a while n give it a chance to open up the app the pair up. I hope this machine could get updated on be better. The strips are also hard to get out of the wrap. There should be another way to seal the strips.”
“To be honest I miss my old Keto-Mojo reader. I hate peeling the strips. Takes time n frustrating. Now I have to keep a scissor near. I hate that part. Also I left the strip box in the package box n mistakenly threw out the box. Waste of money. I was crying. I had to reorder the strips. Waiting for my new order. I hope I get it soon.”
