I like the Keto-Mojo and after a little learning curve (figuring out how to get enough blood from my finger and then get it on the strip so it reads it--I wasted several strips and this is frustrating because that's basically throwing dollar bills into the trash), I find it easy to use. Now that I have it figured out it's all good. Their instructional videos are very helpful. The keto-mojo helps me to see how certain foods affect me and whether my dietary efforts are getting me into and keeping me in ketosis. I like being able to see trends, too, and I like the app and the online storage. What I didn't like was learning RIGHT AFTER I bought my first one that it would be discontinued and that the strips would be discontinued, so I had to get the new one if I wanted to keep tracking my BS and ketones. I did research other devices but believe the Keto Mojo is still the most affordable and accurate, so I did opt for the trade-up option. I appreciated the trade-up option, but it would have been nice to be able to continue to use the original one. I had a container of blood glucose strips that I had to throw away, and I hate to waste money and things. Also, the new lancing device uses different lancets than the original one, which is also frustrating since I have pretty much a lifetime supply of lancets for the original that I found at an estate sale. Fortunately, I did not have to return the original lancing device when I sent the original Keto Mojo back to be recycled, so I can just continue to use it until I run out of lancets (which should be never!) So, I like the product and the customer service has been good, I just have a bad taste that I went to a lot of effort to choose a device and then ran into the issue of having to get the new one, with different strips and different lancets. This is not an inexpensive device and the strips are not inexpensive. Oh, and while I understand why they are individually wrapping the new strips, I am struggling with this from an environmental/waste perspective. So, yes, I'd recommend the Keto-Mojo, but wish I'd had all the facts in advance. I would have waited and purchased the new one instead of having to go through this transition.

It was quick to get shipped. The product was easy to use, just need seconds to be synced and it’s automatically set up so no settings required to start testing. It’s only been two days but I love it so far. I wish it ship to Japan!

It really takes the guesswork out of trying to figure out if I’m in ketosis and having the GKI is even more helpful. After being stalled for weeks found out what I needed to do from the website and now I’m back on track! Next step for me is to see which sweetener works for me and doesn’t raise my blood glucose. Thank you, easy to use and all information is in one handy place.

The quality of the old meter is better than the new one. The fact that I could trade it was good. I liked the way the old strips worked with the meter. The fact that you have to waste strips to test them is not the best either. For some reason I could not sync my old readings either. I finally gave up and sent it back to recycle.

Bluetooth pairing to mobile phone was quick and easy. However, I wasted plenty of strips because the monitor wouldn't turn on and thought the strips were defective. I ended up changing the batteries although no error ever showed on the display - just a blank screen when strips were inserted. I reported this to customer support but the response was if the condition was to be expected despite the unit being brand new. How about a gesture to replace the unit or replenish the wasted strips?
