“I prefer the older model. I was extremely disappointed that I couldn’t buy more testing strips and basically was forced to upgrade in order to continue testing.. do not like this newer model.”
“After a week I figured more out but I couldn't get the lancet to work and the instructions / videos are very far away and hard to understand. Is there an incorrect way to incert the lancet? It wasnt springing out but about several attempts in working now. The packaging of the test strips are very hard to open with out scissors. The app keeps giving me warning that my app isn't recognized and another warning isn't not working. I just keep pressing it again and again and eventually it syncs. I'm using a Samsung galaxy.”
“the Meter itself is nice. My problem lies with the Lancet device that is too shallow to pierce the skin properly and thus I need to use another product or do it manually. The other issue I have is that the test strips don't always work and result in me having to use 2 or 3 when the "ER" message comes up.”
