So easy to use and understand—and this is from someone who hates reading directions for new gadgets. Just watched the video that popped up when I installed the app, read a bit to make sure I understood what to do, and voila! Got my first reading and synced it to my phone easy peasy.

I am happy with my bundle kit…. It’s a good value. The meter is useful and reliable so far I have used.

Easy process. But, it would have been nice that access to the trade up was available thru the website. Unless I had emailed to complain about not being able to find the combo strips I wouldn't have known about the trade up.

A much better solution than the Fora brand glucose/ketone meter I was using before. Software is excellent, device and carry case are well designed, and lancet device is painless

I am not thrilled with the individually wrapped keto and glucose strips. They are a pain to open to get the strips out. Also it is sometimes difficult to insert them correctly in the meter. They feel as if they are in all the way but end up being a tad off. Hate to see those error messages.

I'm still extremely confused on how to calibrate it or ensure that's calibrated properly. I've read over the manual and other supporting documents and the sections about ensuring calibration make no sense to me at all and I'm a pretty techy kind of guy. What does 1.4 mean? Is it within calibration? Should I call for help? Bah... after having to read all that and go through so many steps, as this is my first time using a glucometer even taking my blood, I just gave up on the calibration and hoped the meter was reading correctly. Somehow, two hours after I ate, my glucose was 72. I think that's good but I don't know. I just gave up and don't use the device now. Besides, the shipping speed was so slow... and then UPS lost it, and then USPS mishandled it and shipped it to two wrong cities, and then it finally arrived with the box ripped open. I have lost all interest at this point. Forget it.
