“I has the original Ketomojo device for ketones and loved it. I used it every day for 3 years. You guys stopped making the ketone strips so I had to get a new machine. The old strips came 50 in a little pillbox, very convenient to use and to travel with. The new ketone strips are each individually wrapped in foil: super annoying to use and carry around. Also I have a small glucose monitor with much cheaper strips: why would I use your much more expensive glucose strips?”
“I am sure this device is an excellent tool for testing glucose and Keytones. Change is hard. I am old and not tech-savvy. I have no one in my relationships to help me. So this is discouraging. I do own an iPhone, not an advantage unless you know how to use it. However, I will just test and do my own thing I guess. I marked "good" because my hands can not open the test strip packets. This is really inconvenient. I liked the container with the loose strips.”
“I had to buy a new meter because the 1st meter I bought 2 years ago, apparently is defective and is no longer supported. So I needed to pay over $70 for a new meter. What is really disgusting is that keto-mojo offers a first responder discount, which I am. However, after writing to the support people I was not given the discount. So they offer a discount for 1st responders, BUT DONT HONOR IT.”
